Cancellation policy

Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@palariastore.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Because we prioritize fast fulfillment, orders are sent to our production partners shortly after they are placed.

After 1 Hour

Once the 1-hour window has passed, your order enters the production phase. At this stage, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Refunds for Cancellations

Cancellations made within the 1-hour window will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Address & Detail Changes

If you realize you provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after 1 hour, we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
