Cancellation policy

At Palaria Store, we specialize in personalized, made-to-order products. Because each item is created specifically for you once an order is placed, we begin the production process shortly after purchase.

Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@palariastore.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Because we prioritize fast fulfillment, orders are sent to our production partners shortly after they are placed.

After 1 Hour

Once the 1-hour window has passed, your order enters the production phase. At this stage, we are unable to cancel or modify it, as the item is being custom-created specifically for you.

Refunds for Cancellations

Cancellations made within the 1-hour window will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Address & Detail Changes

If you realize you provided the wrong shipping address or personalization details, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after 1 hour, we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
