Refund policy

We’re happy to organize a return. Any DVD may be returned, new or used for a full refund. If you wish to return your DVD, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned DVD. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1 day. Submit your return request here.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your DVD. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, Lost shipments
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged we will provide a full refund.
