At Palaria Store, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Because we specialize in personalized, made-to-order products, please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below.

 

1. Order Cancellations

We allow a limited window for cancellations before your order enters production. Once an order has entered the production phase, it can no longer be cancelled or modified, as it is being custom-created specifically for you. For more details, please visit our Cancellation Policy page.


2. Made-to-Order Policy

Every item in our store is made-to-order. This means your product (including all apparel, desk mats, and wall art) does not exist until you place your order, at which point it is custom-printed just for you.


3. Final Sale & Returns

Because all items are created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind

- Buyer’s remorse 

- Incorrect size selection


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include a clear photo of the issue so we can process your replacement quickly.


5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the event that a replacement for a damaged or defective item is unavailable. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
