Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
At Palaria Store, we specialize in personalized, made-to-order products. Because each item is created specifically for you once an order is placed, our fulfillment process includes both Production and Transit times.
1. Order Processing & Production
All of our products, including our custom apparel, wall art, desk mats, and glassware, are made-to-order.
Production Time: Please allow 0-1 business days for your order to be created and inspected before it is shipped.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
Business Days: Our production operates Monday–Saturday, excluding US federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping through our network of production partners. The "Total Estimated Delivery" is the sum of our production time and the carrier's transit time.

Production (Handling) Time: 0-1 Business Days
Transit (Shipping) Time: 2-5 Business Days
Total Estimated Delivery: 2-6 Business Days

International (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Europe & Other Available Countries)

3. Fulfillment & Location
Our business headquarters is located in Florida, USA, where all of our custom designs are created and managed. To provide you with the highest quality and fastest delivery, we utilize a professional production and fulfillment model. While we are based in Florida, our products are produced and shipped by our specialized production partners within the United States and globally to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Carrier Partners:
Domestic (US): Most orders are shipped via USPS, OnTrac, UPS, or FedEx.
International: Orders are shipped via major global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or local postal services depending on the destination.
Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@palariastore.com with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will provide a replacement for any items damaged during transit. For packages that are lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.
6. International Shipping & Customs
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Palaria Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please be aware that customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
