1. Customization & Personalization
Which items can be personalized?
Our shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, baby/toddler apparel, drinkware and jewelry are all fully personalizable! Please note that our wall art posters and desk mats are standard designs and are not customizable at this time.
I made a mistake on my personalized order. Can I change it?
To maintain our 1–4 business day production time, we begin processing orders quickly. Please contact us at support@palariastore.com within 2 hours of placing your order to request a change. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes to personalized text.
2. Production & Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Because every item is Made to Order, our current Production Time is 1-4 business days. Once your item is printed and inspected, it will be handed to the carrier for delivery.
What are your shipping times?
USA: 2-5 business days.
International: 6-18 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Where is my order shipping from?
Palaria Store is a Florida-based company. We ship worldwide to serve our global community. To ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery, our made-to-order products are produced and shipped directly from our specialized fulfillment partners located across the United States.
For our international customers, we utilize our global distribution network to get your order to your door as efficiently as possible, regardless of where you are located.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because every item at Palaria Store is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us at support@palariastore.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue so we can process your replacement immediately.
4. International Orders
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Yes. For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in our shipping rates and are determined by your local government.
5. Care Instructions
How do I care for my personalized apparel?
To keep your custom prints looking new, we recommend machine washing inside out with cold water and hanging to dry or using a low-heat dryer setting.
